How do I schedule a cleaning?

Our booking process is structured around you. Just click our “Book Now” button on any page, fill out the required fields, pick a date a time, and leave the rest to us.

Who provides the cleaning supplies?

We bring all of our own green, eco-friendly cleaning supplies. If there happen to be certain supplies you already have and would prefer that we use (for wood floors etc.), just leave them out for us.

Do I have to contact you each time if I book recurring service?

After choosing recurring service, you’re all set. We’ll send you an email reminder prior to each cleaning.

How long will my cleaning take?

Every apartment and house is different so we can’t give specify an exact duration for our services. However, our cleaning teams of two will work efficiently to ensure they leave your home as clean and fresh as ever.

What is the pricing structure for your cleaning services?

We charge flat rates based on the number of bedrooms, and you have the option to sign up for a variety of additional services.

Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

You don’t have to be home while we perform our cleaning services. Just leave us a key to gain entry wherever is most convenient for you (under door mat, at front desk etc.). Send us an email if you would like to make other arrangements to allow our cleaning teams to access your home.
